If your cat isn't ready to run or you have changed your mind, our streamlined process ensures a quick and easy resolution.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the request and receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the product and place all original components, hardware, and manuals back into the original shipping box to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
